- Why are my Strava rides missing?
Make sure your Strava account is connected in Settings. Imported rides may take a few minutes to appear. If you still don't see them, try disconnecting and reconnecting Strava.
- Why are my miles and elevation not correct?
We display distance in miles and elevation in feet. If your data looks off, check your Strava activity for accuracy or contact support below.
- How do I update my profile photo?
Go to Settings > Profile Info and upload a new photo. If you have issues, try a different image format or size.
- How do I report a bug or request a feature?
